Julie Jones is a lowcountry native of Hilton Head Island and a lover of all things that represent the Carolina Coast!  

She is a graduate of The College of Charleston with degrees in both Studio Art and Art History. The Art History degree and its emphasis on Museum Studies led her on a journey and love of non-profit organizations, while her Studio Art degree has kept her forever entangled with all things that create a mess, smell like paint, and spark creativity.

Julie mainly paints by commission and prefers to discuss in detail the subject matter,
colors, style, and future placement of a piece to ensure that new friends and art lovers will treasure and appreciate their custom pieces of art.
 
She prefers to paint with oils for their smooth, blending quality but occasionally paints in acrylics as well. Her painting style has been known for having a feminine quality and she treasures this compliment. The paintings of Julie Jones can be found in hotels, businesses and in private collections in Virginia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Florida and Georgia.
